ここで言う「ウヨク」とは、市民社会におけるごく普通の保守派や右翼の皆さんのことではなく、レイシストやザイトクなど、人権侵害やデマ、暴力、特にネット空間での言論妨害を平気で行うネトウヨ層など（総じて欧米で言うところの極右ネオナチ）をさしています。旗旗は思想で差別はしませんが、差別や人権侵害などの人間性において断固とした区別をします。
