- We are widely soliciting opinions and comments on this site, or soliciting texts, articles, links, posted comments, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “submissions”) that you would like to post on this site.
- Kosuke Soka or the site administrator (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) reserves the right to approve or disapprove the posting of any postings, and to delete or move any postings once posted, and may exercise such authority unilaterally without the consent of the poster.
- The copyright of the contributions belongs to the contributors. The administrator is free to use the contributions only within this site and in matters closely related thereto.

Please note that if you post a large number of links (3 or more in the current settings) to other sites in the comment section of a blog post, it will automatically be identified as spam.
- When you leave a post on our site, we can store your name, email address, and site in a cookie. This is for your convenience and saves you from having to re-enter your details when leaving other comments. This cookie is retained for one year.
- Registered users (members) of this site will have their personal information stored as they provide it on their user profile page. All registered members can view, edit, and delete their personal information (but not change their user name). Site administrators can also view and edit such information.
- Posts on this site will contain embedded content (e.g. YouTube, Twitter, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited that site (e.g., if the visitor is logged in to the site using an account, the site collects interactions with the embedded content).
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, this site may disclose the personal information of the contributor and pursue legal and moral responsibility if the contributor engages in any of the following acts and it is deemed impossible to discuss the matter via e-mail or other means.
・If there is any false information in the submitted content (including e-mail addresses and URLs).
・In the case of a posting that impersonates another person, etc.
・Spamming, whether commercial or political
・When a Contributor has made serious and obvious slanderous statements against the Site on the Internet other than on the Site. - If any of the following actions are taken by a contributor, this site will immediately disclose the contributor’s personal information and pursue legal and moral responsibility by all possible means.
・If it is determined that the activity constitutes obstruction of business against this site, such as viruses, malicious spam, persistent multiple transmissions, or threatening behavior.
・When a Contributor commits a serious and obvious violation of human rights against the Site or its administrator, such as the disclosure of personal information to a third party on an Internet site other than the Site.
・Interference with or hostile action against the Site or its administrator in the real world outside the Internet (including pressure on providers, requests for closure or deletion of the Site, etc.)
・In other cases where there is an imminent danger from a personal human rights perspective and there is an urgent need to do so. - In the event that a third party (including through an attorney, court, etc., but not including a request by the police or other administrative agency or equivalent) requests the deletion of posted content or the disclosure of personal information due to serious and obvious slander or defamation against them, this site will first mediate the discussion and debate between the third party and the poster.
- In the above cases, if we determine that the reason for the third party’s request is reasonable, we may comply with the request to delete or hide the content in question, and if any of the following applies, we may disclose the information of the contributor only to the third party under the condition that the information is “not disclosed or published to any other party”.
・If the submitter falsifies his/her e-mail address, sets a blocked phone number, or otherwise hides behind the shadow of anonymity in a convincing attempt to evade his/her own responsibility.
・If the Contributor refuses or ignores our attempts to mediate a discussion, and it is determined that there is no alternative but for the parties concerned to resolve the issue among themselves.
・In other cases where there is an imminent danger from a personal human rights perspective and there is an urgent need to do so. - All requests for deletion or disclosure of information from third parties and our response to such requests, regardless of the nature of the request, will be disclosed on this website.
- If there is any doubt about the content or interpretation of this policy, the contributor may ask questions by e-mail, and the decision of this site shall ultimately take precedence. In the event of litigation, the Tokyo District Court shall have jurisdiction.
- This site will comply with the above policies to the extent possible in its general and ordinary capacity, and will be responsible only to that extent.
- This Privacy Policy is subject to revision without notice. Revisions will be effective prospectively from the time they are posted on the site. Contributors are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this policy.
